SPECIFIC COMPETITOR GUIDELINES

To enter a showing class you must be a paid 2024 Member of Bute Agricultural Society this is now completed online, see below for step by step guide. To compete in any of the BJAC classes you must have paid a membership to BJAC at least 2 months prior to the show in both livestock and domestic sections. (Does not include Children’s classes, Pet classes and Dog classes).

All Entries must be prepaid online here or with completed forms and payment to the Secretary by the closing date of Wednesday 7 August 2024. Late Entries will only be accepted with appropriate fees at the discretion of the President.

Payment for online entries will be taken via secure payment on this site. Payment details for email or hard copy entries are included on the entry forms.

If you are already a fully paid member of the Society (purchased off line), please fill in the form at the bottom of this page and we will get back to you with loggin details to this website so that you can enter the showing classes.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

Buy memebership

Purchase either membership type listed below. Existing members will need to fill in the form at the bottom of this page in order to get an online account.

Login to the website

You will receive an Welcome email with access information to your online account. Note you will need to set a password with your new account.

Book your Classes

Once you are logged in a new "2024 Class Entry" tab will now appear in the main menu. Click this link and enter the classes you want filling in the relevent details.

Email Receipt

Once to have checked out and paid for the classes you will receive an email with all your booking information. You can edit the class information by logging into your account.
